It was 3 years behind China’s fast moving Activity App landscape and hadn’t had a visual refresh in 7 years.

Digital Design pitched Biz/Mar/Brand teams a China-first visual direction based on a new early Running VC from Global Brand for big 1.0 MVP market impact, along with a series of local UX features to win 1.1 and the long term.
